Our Artistic Philosophy

The vision for the East Valley Art Guild, is a guild wholly representative of all arts, not just fine arts. We believe strongly that the definition of “ART” is defined by the creativity and inspiration of all forms of art…musicians, writers, poets, painters, theater and stage, plus many more disciplines. Throughout history, fine artists, poets, and writers have bonded together to create some of the most magnificent eras in the history of art. We would hope to achieve camaraderie of that nature in The East Valley Art Guild.

I personally believe that all artists, including student artists and even non-artists should have the ability to experience and grow by being exposed to arts through a professional arts organization. No one should be excluded from membership on the basis of not being an artist; or being a beginning artist. The essential ingredient to be a member of The East Valley Art Guild is a passion for the arts.
